Even the change relative to previous levels is only a discussion point - it is not necessarily good or bad. In this case, management pointed to the timing of revenues (late in the quarter) due to so much emphasis being put on the merger, and less on booking sales evenly through the period (my interpretation of an earlier post from another person on the board). That timing would result in a higher receivable balance relative to the period's sales (resulting in higher DSO) when compared to prior periods, but that isn't good or bad, it just is. You said it quite well:
