From what I see they do not qualify for a NASDAQ listing.

As mentioned before, perhaps Pink Sheets, or, as one of my other stocks, out of a suitcase, likely the Cyber-Leather simulation variety.

Dean, you are kidding right? This one is over, done, finished, kaput. It was Miller who was dumping unpaid for stock from offshore accounts on unsuspecting shareholders. He is laughing at us. If a legal suit ever comes about, count me in for a contribution. I still like the idea of a shareholder takeover, maybe Stan could be convinced to come back if Milller was removed.
