Rajeev, Where did you come up with an August 11th date? Speculation?

Can someone answer me if HNLY filled with the SEC? I've checked but came up empty.

Book value figures of "over $2" came from the company -- both its website, which had a figure of $2.88 or something like that, and its former P.R. guy, Jeff Brommer, who apparently told people book value would be going considerably higher.

No way, no how does HNLY have a tangible worth anywhere near those figures. If the numbers were true at all, they likely included a ton of intangibles -- such as goodwill from the string of unprofitable acquisitions made by the company, especially before it changed its name to Henley. In other words, goodwill reflecting essentially no actual value or even earnings potential.

Hi Rajeev, did you get any confirmation for your new special date, August 11th, from Henley? If not, please try it. I still think that also Daisy is reading our messages. By now she should have gotten a real feeling how investors feel about this no info situation. If she cares about shareholders she will release some infos. Good luck!
