I contacted Rob Solarchik (800/913-9767) in mergers and acquisitions last week (very nice man). I asked him about the shares outstanding and in the float...here's what he told me:

Outstanding: 200 million
Float: 75-80 million
Prefered: 2 million
Restricted: 200,000

Hope that's correct - it's what I remember, but at this age, who knows! <g>

But, please call for yourself and verify. As I said, nice man!
