Does it matter??

Does it matter whether EDII's buying one company or another? Does it matter what they'll be paying for it? Does it matter that what EDC appears to do is convert old film from 35mm format to HDTV format, and not much more?

But in your heart you know this is a good move on EDII part and has synergy with their other business venture's.
