I can't speak to Walmart, but the air conditioners sold by Home Depot are Fedder's, under a private label. I would imagine, given Fedder's price points, that a good percentage of the $100 million in emergency funds will be used to purchase Fedder product.

Has anyone heard any new on the stock dividend / spin-off. When does the new company start trading. The shares have not shown up in my brokerage statement as yet.
