EPC's plan to specialize in the conversion of existing 35mm films to HDTV as well as the production of original HDTV documentaries and programs would appear to be a very large market.

No, that was I. And we have moved a nickel closer to my target.

And what is this companies competitive advantage? I hope this acquisition was for shares restricted until 2007, when they have a prayer of generating some revenues. But until then they should be satisfied to sit back and pay Danny his salary.
