HBOC, INTC, ORCL, DELL. NSOL* breaking out nicely.

*..was basically a "buy" since the Strong BUY and it was up about 3/8. When the nasdaq is down over 30 points, its a little premature to call anything a 'buy'. Right now it looks like other NASDAQ's stocks are breaking out.. HBOC, INTC, ORCL, DELL.
