Someone earlier mentioned a stock buy back plan at this stage. Seems to me that would be a good idea. Is this something that MTEI is considering? If they believe in their company (as I am sure they do) then this would really be an opportune time to buy some shares on the cheap. Seems like a good invetment to me IF they believe in the value fo their own company.

I may be wrong, but I believe this is nonsense. Were they a reporting company, they'd be required to include a detailed explanation of the suit and its implications in their 10K and 10Qs. "Legal proceedings" is a standard part of these documents. Always.
