David in Ontario maybe doesn't want to discuss it, I guess, but there are a lot of shares of nir that are held at cheap prices that may provide his rocket-ship with a very effective anchor, IMO. Apart from all the "private placements" that occurred at less than $0.50 cdn, there is now the matter of escrow stock.
David asks for comments on your post about escrow:

NOTICE TYPE: Application for Release of Escrow Shares
NOTICE DATE: July 20, 1998

Filed during the week of July 13, 1998 to July 17, 1998:

Date Name of Company Date - Escrow Agr. # Escrow Shares

16 Napier International Technologies Inc. ("NIR")Oct. 10/88 415,687

The above noted Escrow Releases have been filed with the Vancouver Stock Exchange. The Releases will not
become effective until such time as the Exchange accepts the same for filing.

Some comments might include a question like "who holds them and do you think they will hit the market on the next run-up?
How long until we know whether they will be released?
Another 400,000 shares on the loose?
