Perhaps --- LTGL is a very good little company....but are not they fully diluted now? I mean in less than a year havent they gone from 10 million OS to 100 million [correct me if I am wrong]. I would be cautious. I don't think Spencer is going to assume debt to buy back shares. His proclivity has been to give out shares. At this point the stock is poised for an increase in the Authorized or a reverse split. If it lifts off -- I would prepare for a short flight. If there is a reason for this stock to FLY let me know.
