I think they are being so tight-lipped this time because the news will be HUGE. It seems that if the news is as positive as we hope it will be, then it will be the one event that puts this company on the radar screen.

I think the news is not out yet because it is going to take them a day or two to forecast revenue projections associated with the deal (JMHO).
