I have never met Mr. Coggins. I spoke with him on the phone one time. It is interesting that you are talking about prove all things. Perhaps you would care to give us your real name. What are you hiding? Talk about red flags. I seem to remember a lot of speculation that Bateman (mine builder) might JV with IPM. I would surely think that they could come up with a couple of million bucks to JV this thing if they really thought the metal was there and could be extracted. How can they afford to pass a deal like this one up? Tim Hall
