Benjamin,

Thanks for the intelligent questions.

a. Russia is interested due to the 'cold start' capabilities of vehicles equipped with turbopacs. The SOP in cold climates is to keep diesel vehicles running constantly in extreme cold. With a turbopac these vehicles can be stopped and started in the normal fashion thus saving tremendously on fuel and wear and tear. IMO, the fact that Russia is buying in it's financial state bodes very well for world-wide sales

b. There is much US business, mostly as a pollution control device. Because this device allows fuel to be burnt more efficiently and completely, emmissions are greatly reduced. Washington D.C, Los Angeles and other municipalities are in the process of retrofitting 'Urban Busses' through Detroit Diesel to comply with EPA guidelines. Turbodyne has the only device to meet these standards while actually paying for itself through decreased fuel consumption. Of course, there is much more potential business in the US too.

c. Turbodyne is currently negotiating with several large concerns for additional financing. TRW has been the subject of most of these rumors. Turbodyne's product makes them very attractive to those wanting a stake and willing to provide financing.

d. Don't forget the 'Light Metals' division which makes aluminum wheels etc. in Mexico. Due to Mexican law, many parts on vehicles manufactured there must also be produced in Mexico - hence Turbodyne, with it's production facility in Baja, Mexico is well positioned here.

Hope this helps, Regards, Dave
