And just how would Spencer aquire these companies??? With CA$H or STOCK??

IF it is with cash...tell us the cash position of the company.

IF it is with stock...tell us where the shares would come from.

This years sales for 6 months are up 34%... great...but think about it:

Last year the stock was probably trading at around a dime on 34% less sales and 90% less shares.
