OBJECTIVE RELAYING Investor Update Tuesday, July 28, 1998 Today a bottom line comment from CEO Gillingham by phone to me: "The company is increasing the asset base and working a plan." (George Bentley, SPG website 1998) My opinion: Increasing what? Nothing into Something. A plan? To sell shares from his offshore companies in nominee which the company issued millions of shares for debt to and know which unsuspecting investors are buying? This charade must come to an end. I will report this commentary to the SEC for their perusal. The contents of this message is without prejudice.
