Oh I guess companies that CHOOSE of their own free will to go on the OTC-BB are so naive, not to mention the "investors" that purchase the shares, that they don't know this ahead of time? Tell you what. I'll sell you my 50,000 shares right now today at the $0.39 a share I paid for it. Deal? You are absolutely right about OTC stocks not reflecting their value. If I had been aware of this a few short months ago I probably would not have entered the market. And if it's illegal, why don't you turn them in to the authorities? The problem seems to be that the "regulators" aren't regulating. I mean, NASDAQ cheated investors out of billions in commissions for years, so what do you expect from them? There are LOTS of ways to raise money, privately and publicly, and tell me if I've missed something, but if a company can find no other way to do it, that is, no one thinks they are worth investing in, then they go OTC-BB.
