Here's a quality stock near 52 week low, recent positive earnings. Let's take a look. Looks great for a few weeks: Stratasys - SSYS "SSYS develops, manufactures and markets prototyping devices which allow engineers and designers to create models and prototypes out of plastic and other materials directly from computer aided design (CAD) workstations" Record second quarter (from 7/27/98 pm): ''Furthermore, the Company's order backlog as of June 30, 1998 was about three times larger than the backlog as of March 31, 1998. Increasing our Backlog was a stated objective of the quarter,'' biz.yahoo.com 300,000 stock repurchase program (from 7/10/98) biz.yahoo.com Book value listed at $5.45 (trading today at 7 3/8) 6m shrs total 4m float! From Yahoo: "Anybody else catch the 7/27 WSJ article about Short Interest? Interestingly, SSYS made #27 on the short interest ratio, with 23 days to cover." I just got in at the bell, will hold (depending on action) for a few weeks. Any other opinions on this one would be appreciated. SR
