Rick, thanks very much for your response. I'm just trying to figure out who owns the stock of SRAD. In other words, who besides you and J. Zhanna Davidov have controlling interests...who has the power to call the shots? These are very basic questions that any investor would want to know. I'm sure that the company and Wall Street West will be receiving other questions along these lines as investors plod through the public filings. If your corporate counsel could provide the information, that would be very helpful. I'm sure that it can't be easy to go from being a private to a public corporation, and to have to deal with those of us who are asking all these picky questions must be difficult.
