The news is a couple of days old and perhaps most have seen it, but I just looked at it this morning at: biz.yahoo.com It is the first upbeat article I have seen in a long time. The message is that we are close, or at, the bottom and things should be getting better in the future. The first to recover will be some of the big names and then it will be the semi-equips. Another item of interest - Micron had a full page ad in the L A Times this morning where they were touting their connection with 3com. They are offering a 400 Mhz Pentium II with 64 Mb mem, 17" monitor, and 3com 56K modem for $1,899.
