At risk of shifting from one pointless discussion to another, can we limit the discussion to questions of investment concern? There are plenty of questions regarding the sale of the storage division that most of us might care about. What does this do to present and future earnings expectations? (both revenues and burn rates) Does this alter the omnipresent merger rumors? Are the holders of storage division liabilities likely to be happy with the transfer, as it may change the ability to repay? If not, are they in a position to challenge it? curiosity.
