Mark that is correct and that is exactly what we got in the last press release form Naxos. >> That was all that was knnown at the time. They could hardly dispense more information than was known at the time. It was the day after Ledoux had informed Naxos there may be a problem, and little else was known, other than what LeDoux had told them. Obviously htey hadnt run any tests to clarify the matter by then. They had to release something, as they had a legal obligation to do so. Mark
