Bob, I agree that to show a sequential revenue gain in this environment is exceptional. Most semi-equip companies are showing healthy decreases. The backlog is troublesome, however. Still, you would think that we would have a good pop tomorrow. I was really surprised to see the short interest go up 400-500k. The earnings also should be good enough to cause some short covering. The conference call should be interesting. I hope most analysts start their questions with something I haven't heard in a while - "Nice quarter, guys!"). Jay
