OS- 94 Million
Float- 40Million
No long term debt i believe.

They talked about a reverse last year, voted down. They are trying to do a buy back probably next year or so. They are too busy working on acqusitions etc. to really deal with the stock price now.

It dropped down due to alot of dilution.

Sorry about the short post. Just busy. I have to clean my room before camp.

Actually the stock is near its 52 week high. When the stock was trading at .25 there were around 10 million shares outstanding. Today with 94 million shares out the equation factoring in the dilution looks something like this:

.03 X 9.4 = .282

or another way is: with 10 millions shares OS at .25 the market cap = 2,500.000.00

now take that same market cap and divide it by 94 million shares and you get .0265

Either way the stock is pretty pricey

I hope you understand the math.
