Toni and ALL DCI shareholders:, I hope that your smile gets even bigger over the next few days, things could get interesting to say the least. (G) Murphy asked me to pass along a few things concerning the shareholders meeting this coming Thursday at 9 AM. 1. To cover any possible problems, there will be security. 2. Only current DCI shareholders will be admitted to the meeting, the proxy that came with your annual report will be accepted. 3. The entire meeting will be taped and for anyone wishing a copy, DCI will be able to provide these at a nominal fee. 4. There will be a Q & A portion of the meeting, where shareholders will be allowed to ask questions within a 5 minute time limit. My own additions: I called the Grand Floridian Resort and learned that the meeting will be held in Salons #8 & 9 in the convention center. This apparently is a one story building seperate, but nearby the Grand Floridian Resort. In case someone needs information or directions, the phone number to the Grand Floridian Resort is 407-828-3074 and the person I contacted there was "Chad". James
