I really can't give you a definitive answer to the decline. I don't think it was due to insider sales. I don't see where there were any in the recent weeks. While they have registered to sell, I don't think they've actually sold. I hope they exercised better judgement than to sell at the current levels. There are several reasons while the stock may have declined. Look at other stocks in the industries which they serve--energy and chemical. It's cheap now and it's a solid company which controls 80% of their market and they are expanding their market.
I'm not overly concerned. However, I will admit, I just returned to the country from Russia and I did lose my appetite when I saw the stock price... felt a little queazy to say the least. I do hope to speak with the company tomorrow.
I know this doesn't help in calming your fears, but I did mention to CB that their should be a tremendous comfort level in buying the other day at 18 1/2....
