I doubt that Ledoux ran a test one day and decided to call the company. I suspect that they were aware of the problem for several days/weeks and that they probably tried to resolve internally before contacting Naxos. Once they could not resolve internally with some rechecks, etc. they finally notified Naxos. I don't think this will be resolved quickly, probably months. Tim Hall
