Jan,

I think you are right to question the slope of the ascent, but I agree with Dave Wiggins in his assumption that the large blocks that were (apparently) purchased by institutions today will be taken out of circulation. Also, Nathan (or someone on the thread) reported a shortage of shares. So, I think these factors may give us some support, even at the higher valuation. Also, I don't think we have reached full short-covering frenzy yet. I don't want to miss that one. I sense short fear, but not full blown panic yet, and 2.7M shares may take a while to cover.

At some point, no doubt we will experience a consolidation or even a correction. If you have a crystal ball you can try to time it and buy back in at a lower level. But, there are still some juicy pieces of news to be released in Q3/Q4 that I don't think any of us want to miss. These include one or more of the following:

+ contract with Ukraine?
+ contract with VW?
+ announcement of OEM partner
+ announcement of mfg. partner
+ equity stake or buyout?

Any others have thoughts as to Turby's next milestones?

Jon

>>Don't you think we are going up a little fast here?<<

No

>>What are the guesses to what this stock will do from this point?<<

20's

>>I am afraid tomorrow will open higher and run, but then drastically take a break.<<

Why?

>>Shorts are getting more positioned, and I am afraid they could have the power to do a little damage.<<

What do you mean "getting more positioned"? Shorts are already positioned. They're the ones being "damaged" at this point.

>>Any comments appreciated.<<

De nada!

Gerry

Nothing is too fast for this Turbo-charged stock. Been here before with this one. It has a mind of its own......

If the shorts are getting more positioned here, then I would be wondering what they do for an encore. Probably take the 'one poker chip they have left in their hand' and go home.....wrong game to be playing in this one!!!

IMO, 'power' is like beauty. It's in the eyes of the beholder...

cheers to the 20's

For any other stocks, I would say yes..

However, the near-term developments for Turbo couldn't be better for yet even higher prices. Today's price movement can be attributed mostly short coverings, some speculative buying because Turbo is attracting new money (from making new highs daily). Those that are not informed will probably be tempted to take profit...I recommend holding on because August will be even hotter because of the pending orders, the equity stake, and last but not least even more.. "SHORT-COVERINGS".

I wonder how many shorts received that dreaded margin calls on Turbo this past few days. This was definitely a painful lesson for them (profs./or BW amateurs). I should feel sorry for them but somehow I just can't come up with any tears. Think I will explore Yahoo for some entertainment tonight!!!
