Drat - note to self - may be a dull week after all :-(

Just spoke to Owen Hoffman at Aquasol - they are all still holed up in Calgary. No-one to his knowledge has gone to the UK to meet with ICI - said there was no reason to do that for a deal to be completed.

"Everything continues to move forward and it's all very positive".

The decision as to whether Aquasol will be completely absorbed by Napier or if it will be a wholly owned subsidiary is still be decided upon. This being the case then I suspect that this is the last part of the DD - but that's only my opinion.

Furthermore, Owen said that when the News is released wrt the Napier-Aquasol merger - that all the requirements will have been taken care of - which means the completion of the DD - the 21 day notice of a meeting to the private shareholders and then the meeting and formal vote by the shareholders on the meeting to formerly approve the merger.

If Napier is working to a scheduling criteria - as Owen told me - and wanting to coordinate all the News releases - and if the Napier-Aquasol merger News is to be a part of that release - and if this criteria is tight and if all the News is to come out together - then we may be a number of weeks away from that glorious day - but again that's just my opinion :-(

Owen had to take another call - so unfortunately that's all I have today from Aquasol.

It looks like I may have to go back to work for the time being - I wanted to get rich this week - life isn't fair :-(

Who wants to go 50/50 in tomorrow's PowerBall?

David.
