Gary, I am long CSCO since 1992 and uninvolved with LU, so you can figure where my sentiments lie. While am not expert on LU's product line vis-a-vis CSCO's, I do know that MRVC (am long there too) is the OEM for a number of products sold to CSCO under the NBase label. And they sell them not only to CSCO but to their competitors as well for resale by them under their own labels. LU and possible LU/ASND combination is the only real competitive threat I see on CSCO's horizon, and the T/BT union makes the LU (son of T) threat more credible, I believe. Tulvio
