I agree, it most likely is nothing. With one simple statement from them this whole matter could be dropped.

However, if SI does have direct connections with Mr. Kugler and/or Everen securities, the implications involved would be tremendous.

Joe,

I notice that you have not posted for about three days. I don't know if you were suspended for "harassment" but, based upon your last exchange before the hiatus and your past posts, I would believe that if SI didn't suspend you that you took your own three days off.

That being said, I can't help but wonder why SI Bob won't just give a straight answer to a straight question. He answers a question like s martin would, i.e., "I won't get into game playing".

If Bob has been watching the thread at all, he must be aware that Ellen does not get into "game playing" and that she is one of the most level-headed posters here. Why would he get her this "worked up" if all he has to do is answer a simple question? (BTW Ellen, you're beautiful when you're angry.)

If Bob does not have a definitive answer, then he should either get one or preface his answer with "to the best of my knowledge...".

Based upon what I have seen here, I think Bob is wasting his time working for SI. He should call someone like Demsey Mork or Manuel Ascencio and get a really good job screwing with peoples' investments.

Regards to you, Joe,
