Hello Robert, I think it is a good idea that shareholders be involved in a restructuring. A number of companies have used the plan of issuing rights to current shareholders to buy more stock, Maxam Gold and Corner Bay for example.

However this should be part of an overall plan, that includes some other financing, changes with the BOD and a clear direction of planned developemnet.

IPM should proceed with the resource statement and work with Bateman as I believe this goal can be achieved the quickest and with the least funds.

Shareholders should keep in close contact with Yellich, via some spokesperson. as this support could help positively with efforts underway on other fronts.

Things should also proceed with the legal action on AZDoM and elsewhere, there has definetly been foul play and there was not a level playing field in the market place.

I still hold all my shares and can email out any type of communication on these efforts.

Ron
