Well bottomline a truism was exposed and the additional posts afterward will reign on as permanent record. The post backed up a lot of what shoot1st has been saying for the past few weeks. It got a lot of attention before it got removed . I doubt Shoot1st did any defamation or libel or anything else. Truth is the truth no matter how it comes out. Also if it is a private message is it private. I guess it is like a courtroom, just throw the truth out and let an objection hit ... it is effective because the jury heard it anyway. Since we were on the hot topics it definitely got heard. Like Bob said the truth is always a great defense for defamation. GB
