I read the blood bath on the weekend., a very interesting exercise. Anyone
could have predicted today's price action. Fortunately I haven't lost anything.
I bought my 24,700 shares at an average of about $.90 I bought management
and opportunity. I still have exactly what I bought. Yes, I could have bought
more shares at today's price but who knew then that we would be back to these
levels today, if ever. This is a long term hold. If you need a short term homer in
a BB you are a gambler. Don't cry. For long termers, the company does seem to have
problems left over from the takeover. I've been through that before with a company
to whom I became an outside director. That company badly needed management.
Thank your DD, this company HAS management. Re; Stagg vs.Dunn, that
was a management decision. Sixty days from now with no results from Stagg
you would be rightly yelling at management. Let them do their job. As shareholders
in any company you will never have enough information to micro manage.
Re:Issued shares; there are three ways to finance growth. Internal cash flow,
debit, and shares issued for sale or exchange. We probably don't have much cash flow
at this stage which also makes a large amount of debit unattractive. That leaves
shares. I would expect any shares issued for acquisition of property to be accretive.
If assets per share after the dilution are greater than before the dilution we win.
I think that this company is a winner and I am willing to let these men do their work.
