Mr. Bones,

You are 100% correct on your assessment on why MSPG temporarily halts new membership in a city. I've been an MSPG member for several years and they always seem to put the needs of their current customers first. Too bad Mr. Toth tries to put a negative slant on a very smart way of doing business. Sure, the stock may be on the pricey side, but there's no need to make false statement like that to try and talk it down.

ps. MSPG options start trading this week on the Amex.

MR BONES--
I have not said that MSPG is not a good company. It is a nice
small ISP. But this nice little operation was considered by analysts on July 15, which is only 12 days ago, as overvalued at
$32 a share. What has happened to increase it another $18 a share
in those 12 days---3 things.
1. July 22--MSPG reported earnings---A $4 million increase in revenue
from the last quarter or pocket change as far as the overall market.
2. July 23-The Wall Street Journal has a Heard On The Street article
that ISPs are getting a loving look from investors. Unfortunately
some of this articles comments were taken out of context by some people that ISPs are the next AMZN.
3. July 27--a 3 for 1 stock split--unsophisticated investors are assuming this is a positive because they are told stocks go up when they split. But in the case of MSPG it will have a dramatic reverse effect. One of the major reasons MSPG has gone up so much recently was because it had a small stock float which is now completely changed as its stock float is 3 times greater.
So I dont dispute MSPG is a good company but at $35 it would still be overvalued. My whole point is that the analysts, the marketmakers and the big investors know this and they are using this peak in stock price to get out of their positions. Once they are out and they might be out after today, there is no support to hold this stock over 30-35 dollars in the short term.
