Hi Zorro, You are right, tomorrow is the big day. If I had to guess, I would guess that the plan will be approved. If so, then our only chance to receive consideration and compensation within the framework of Chapter 11 will be to appear in mass at the bankruptcy court and appeal to the Judge. Then, there is still a chance that an additional class action lawsuit may be filed against CAI Wireless, its management and possibly some financial institutions who suggested "you know, go in, go out,...and we all make a lot of money"!!
