Outstanding is 13 million and float is 5.4 million per CFG. Also, per CFG, there will be no exchange of shares to anyone for services, but rather cash. I have yet to get any feedback from Skinner on this relationship as it relates to this question of more share dilution. If it were for shares, then there is an even greater incentive for Dr. Proksch to make this thing roll. The more it rolls the more he gets. Miller

BTW, the stock price appears to have found a "base." We have been at this price for about the past two weeks(http://www.tscn.com/wsc/Corporate_Snapshot.html?Button=10D&TSym=WINR), ending a month long(and then some) slide. Although, as far as I am concerned, we have been in the base for the past 6 months(http://www.tscn.com/wsc/Corporate_Snapshot.html?Button=6M&TSym=WINR). In the grand scheme, if/when we move well above $1, this area will be a flatline on the map. Something has to happen at the end of the next 4.5 weeks(places us at Friday, August 28th). Either we go or we fizzle. I obviously think we rock and roll, but something has to happen. Miller
