A few posts ago gcty/cmg relative math was discussed. Here are the assumptions: cmg owns 36.7% of gcty and will be diluted to 31% after ipo. Cmg has 21.5m shares outstanding. gcty will have 30.66m shares outstanding. Finally, let us assume gcty opens at $60.

Here is the math:

gcty market cap=30.66x60=1839.6m

cmgi share=1839.6x.31=570.28m

cmgi per share=570.28/21.5=$27.

Therefore, if gcty opens at $60 it will be worth $27 per share to cmg.

Good luck to all
