Ladies, Gentlemen;

I think we are all on this board sharing opinions about NN, because to a certain extent (some more than others) we all really believe in this company.

Fact of the matter is NN is the premier company on the ATM front. They also have a stellar stable of affiliates (16 to be exact). On a worldwide scale they are winning more contracts than other other vendor in the ATM arena. They have a powerful ally in Siemens AG overseas.

They have taken action and restructured their management and board; and will be trimming G&A expenses - (a direct reflection on EPS)

They will have no writeoffs this Q, UB is behind them, and they have announced a significant number of contracts.

They are the main supplier of BT; and they recently forged a partnership with AT&T. The recent news regarding these two companies should prove valuable.

They are the main supplier of C&W. C&W is picking up MCI's Internet business. Who is going to benefit?

Lutz hasn't been around for 100 days yet; tommorrow may be his chance to be the Jack in the Box. He's wound up, ready to let things out; give em a chance. We have to. If we don't we've failed, Newbridge is failed.

This IS a company with a lot going for it. It has some strong entrepreneurs at the helm - I'm sure they have a vision.

Tommorrow may be a surprise; it may be just "Hey we're on track news"; but I don't think it will be an earnings warning.

We'll all know tommorrow; the summer is long from over in the Telecom arena; be sure of that.
