OFF Topic. No settlement yet. But he is correct Tom(and lawyers) are travelling back and forth to Victoria to negotiate with the Gov. Rep. The rep has been authorized by Cabinet to settle this issue. If the settlement is not what we want then we'll see them in court!! Arbritration could get us a "double net back " One should be patient, the longer we negotiate and act in "good faith" the more the arbritrator will award if the BC Gov hasn't been "straight up" I'm still happy and long RKR the Chief
