What????

From where did this offering of convertible subordinated notes come from? We got $20 million in the bank - what titles are we possibly going after that require $60 million more?

Trying to deny that it may be the more obvious,

Kory

I think I mentioned this before but it's better to have a stock trade above $20 if possible because it will allow institutions and others who just don't buy low priced stocks to buy THQ. If they split 2/1 as of today the stock would be trading at $15. It also gives room if the stock were to go down. IMO they did the right thing. They wanted to announce a split and increase shares outstanding but they acted conservatively to not lose a higher price status which I believe is a much better way to go. Like Todd says if they do well in the future they will look to another split in the future, and if it gets high enough might consider a 2/1 next time.
