RESPONSE TO VESTOR I have been a quiet lurker on GNNX for the past four months. From my observations I have arrived at certain conclusions about GNNX. So, in the following sentences I will give you my own opinion of the company in as many aspects as I understand, without wanting to impose my perspective or values on anyone. I believe the people at the helm of GNNX are very intelligent with good educational back ground and intentions. They not only look at the running of GNNX from an intellectual perspective, but also, a progressive one, with the intent of correcting today for a better tomorrow. FOR EXAMPLE: Before pointing out the existence of the Sinatra CD at Volatile Media today, I looked at it two weeks ago. You should have been there. The wording of the ad. was simply lousy, PERIOD! I felt embarrassed reading it. Saying things like, " you'll find this CD no where else" (Which was not true) or ( "So America .....bla,bla,bla"). I am sure the people at GNNX saw it and jumped out of their seat, hit the ceiling very hard before landing back on their seats and picking up the phone and telling VM what kind of wording is more professional. Afterall, they are in marketing- they know! Now, even GNNX's name is mentioned and everything looks legal and professional. Having said that, I'll try to answer some of your questions even I too am short on factual data. HEAR ANYTHING ABOUT THEY POSTING EARNINGS? Hear? NO! However, I believe in wanting to post their earnings, GNNX will bring a lot of factors into consideration. I will spell some of the factors that come to my mind. You may want to add a few of your own. 1- They want to get listed on NASDAQ. 2- They want the stock to get to $4 and stay there or above it for good. 3- They know there isn't much in 1Q earnings report. 4- If they are to announce their earnings it definitely has to be at the right time. Thus, I think the timing of the announcement of the 1Q or 2Q earnings will be such so that they are either: 1- Very close to each other to impress investors with greater factual numbers to stop the stock from drifting back. 2- Or in conjunction with more impressive news; or closer to the release of 3Q earnings. Whatever their strategy, Don Logan, I believe, and as he told Daniel during his visit to the company, wants the next push to be a steady but solid climb up without looking back. I don't think he likes to lose. I think he is set on his plans and business standards and ethics and he will stick to them. SUMMARY ONE: So to answer your question about earnings. My belief is that it is all a matter of timing. A timing whose foundation is the upward movement of the stock price for good. WHAT IS TNNS????? Who knows!!! (kiding) Just as GNNX finds it more suitable or more practicle to sell its CD's through Volatile Media or Custom Revolution, I believe it also finds it more convenient to have a separate company for its Telco. operatons to take care of that part of its business while it concentrates on plans and strategies for the whole co. Some fears have been raised about GNNX keeping all Telco. profits in TNNS (if infact that is what they are assigned to do) and cheating the shareholders of GNNX! I am not of that opinion for several good reason: - GNNX wants to get listed on NASDAQ NOT TNNS! - GNNX has a web sit NOT TNNS! - GNNX is the foundation which Don Logan wants to build NOT TNNS. - GNNX has better future prospects for its management team because it is highly diversified NOT TNNS! I think TNNS will do the Telco. work and keep its share of profits, while GNNX will receive the 2-5% of the revenues for having taken the initiative to do the contractual negotiations. I believe the 2 accounts will be kept separate. SUMMARY 2: Who is TNNS? I think TNNS is assigned to take care of the Telco. work. I also think GNNX could have shares and be part owner of TNNS, but the two operations and accounts will be kept separate in such a way so that GNNX's profitability prospects will be enhanced to proceed with its goal of wanting to get listed on NASDAQ. TNNS DISTRIBUTION??? I really don't know much about that. I think that GNNX has still a lot of mess to clean up from the past. When everything is in place they will make an announcement at the right time. PLEASE BE ADVISED THESE ARE MY OWN VIEWS WITHOUT WANTIN TO IMPOSE THEM ON ANYONE. PLEASE FORM YOUR OWN OPINION.
