Paul Engel. Re: "REAL PLUS FOR INTEL" Now that's music to MY ears. I had not thought of that. This indeed will smooth transitions and allow Intel more control over its destiny. Hopefully, the rollercoaster, stuff the channel days are over. In some announcement, CPQ said their weeks supply in inventory will increase during product transitions. This sounds like the old channel stuffing to me. Intel can control that by how they manage their inventories and their wafer starts. Thanx for your well reasoned reply. HL
