TG,
I knew you were paying attention. You seem to understand the terminology used, and the intention, and reasoning behind the wording of those paragraphs. Seems as though someone is upset at being outmaneuvered, if you ask me.

ah, but the party posting on this thread is not the 'grieved' party of the agreement. in short, HKBoner does not represent LPS, unless i missed something. so their first course of action would be through LPS to effect such an action. anyone wonder why that hasn't happened yet? probably not. imho, their grievance is with LPS not csma.

TG,

Has anyone thought that this is a potential? I have a good investing buddie who also is in CSMA and pretty much the penny guru (IMO) How do you all like his analysis?

my own take on boner is: boner is all the shareholders of the seasoil deal.
2. they got muy shares at 5/8 last fall. sold them. expecting to cover
when resrictiction came off ( if they are restricted) now can't because of the cancellation.
3. now they have to buy on open mkt. the phrase sold long for late delivery comes to mind...
but u and i we been thru that, and (i hope) this is not our fate...:-)

Rob

P.S. Thanks to Baltbear of SI for the commentary
