Carole your right on the point, that the issue now being made is that of a cloud on the title of the Sea Soil and the valuation. As to how CSMA came to these conclusions, there is no answer as CSMA never spoke to us about it, they simply welched on the deal when we pressed them to honor their contract with us. There is no clouded title and there is no question of the valuation. All of this information is available to you.
