No on hardballing. The deal was pulled by Dusa because they were being left to drift while the big pharma (Bristol) worked out various deals to minimize impact of dollars to Dusa upfront on bottom line.

Dusa not an issue. (at least one person I know of has validated this through Bristol) Due to reaction of not meeting a self imposed deadline the first time around we will know nothing until a deal is signed sealed and delivered this time.

News flow should be forthcoming from the company. Next new information besides status of NDA should be about bladder cancer diagnosis.

At this point we are playing a game of chicken as far as the stock goes: how long can I (a fund) wait before the stock starts to anticipate a deal or the NDA approval? The longer the wait the steeper the climb.

<< if other talks with other companies are in the works why there so little information coming from DUSA-PR>>

I hope they've learned to stay mum until a distribution arrangement is irrevocably final. One more "Lookin' good" followed by an "Oops"
wouldn't do any of us any good.
