Hard to make a call like that. This seems like it could be one of those short lived runups based on the Lehman upgrade and the prospects for a corporate partner. And, this still seems like a pretty hyped area, and a lot of the population can relate to the impotence application, if not first hand (so to speak) then by fear of it happening. But, this is still a company that needs to raise significant capital, so the dilution is still coming, and they are still a long ways from the market. A lot of folks think betting against Rathmann and Gates is a no win proposition, but at least you shouldn't get so many shorts that you get into a squeeze. When I shorted ICOS previously, it was after a big one day runup, this current runup is more spread out, so I would suspect that the gains will hold longer than a big one day spike typically does.
