Looks like Skinner may be trying to draw attention to the company. Also, it looks like he is saying,"Fine. Europe and everyone else has no problem and they are who we wanted anyway." Also to enlighten newcomers that WINR had no intention of counting on the US. JMHO

BTW, did you notice the switch in "who was talking" in the press release. It looks like Proksch took over at about the middle point and said the rest as I have copied here:
"While the US market may be curtailing the Internet
business, we in Europe feel that the Internet is the business of the future. Legislation for example
was recently enacted for Internet Casino play in Germany and we have already been contacted
regarding the potential use of our system. Austria is also considering a lottery, which is another
potential for WINR. We feel that WINR will be a vital link to the Cyberlink Monetary System as
offered by the CyberLink Trust. WINR has recognized the Eurodollar as a market even before it
has been officially traded and also recognized the need for the multi currency conversion and multi
languages that there system will offer. They are very much interested in the success of the Eurodollar
in world trade and that is strongly endorsed by CyberLink. We are ourselves Registered and
Licensed Asset Management Trustees under Liechtenstein law and manage the trusts of very large
businesses and financial groups throughout the world. We have been in business since the early
1950's and we support the need for regulations in this area of commerce. WINR has brought great
opportunity to this part of the world and we consider them to be a leader in the technology of
secure Internet Commerce. We also believe that their system will have a multitude of other uses in
the Internet Community with the safety and security features it offers. The market projections we
feel are very conservative as the Internet is in such an infant stage in all areas of commerce. There is
no doubt that WINR will develop a significant part of the market outside of the U.S."

That last line seems to say that Proksch and his gang will want to dominate the world of e-commerce outside the boundaries of the US(using the software developed by WINR as part of the package of course). JMHO that this is the beginning of Proksch assisting WINR in its growth and marketing. And if Proksch offers this system to his existing clients...
