While it might be nice to get a better ratio, it's really not a big positive that ESVS is plunging.

This is the stock that you are going to wind-up owing, if things go as the company and Hayton have stated.

So, root for it to continue dropping, but you'd better hope it reverses the trend once the merger is completed.
