tom and all,

Remember I'd mentioned the research report done by Janssen/Meyers back at the end of June.

Well here is the link to the full report on the Intrinsyc Web Site:

intrinsyc.com

Check it out and see what it says. Looking for C$4.40 in the short term.

Bill

I think the paint is dry.......

Still no final news on the merger but I feel it's really close. I mean let's look at it sort of backwards:

If we look at last year, things really began to cook with Intrinsyc around the middle of September in the lead up to the Embedded Systems Conference West in San Jose. At that time Intrinsyc was just nosing into the market and was being courted by Microsoft - being invited into the latter's partnership booth.

Well this year the Embedded Systems Conference will be at the beginning of November. Intrinsyc expects to be able to take advantage of the market momentum that the conference will likely bring. However, Intrinsyc Software Inc. plans to attend the conference as a U.S. based and U.S. listed company. In order to do this, there is a timeline which must be met.

Once the final announcement on the merger agreement, the company must call an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held 30 days hence. Given that the majority of the shares are held by insiders, the approval at the EGM is likely just a rubber stamp thing. Nonetheless, this is the process and we have to go through it.

After the EGM, the actual paper work may take 3-4 days and voila - a new U.S. company. Well then the company, being a U.S. company, can apply for and receive a NASDAQ OTC BB listing in a week to 10 days.

Now let's do the math. Say next Tuesday August 4 we get the announcement - add 30 days and we get to September 3. Then a few days for the official inking and we're up to September 8. Now say 10 days to get the OTC listing and it's a little over a month before the Embedded Developers Conference Nov.1-5 in San Jose.

I think the final announcement will be made soon - I'm thinking that announcing next week will provide the company with a few weeks on the OTC BB before the Embedded Systems Conference.

Any other guesses?

That's it for now

Ciao

Bill
